The ideal segregated bus duct solution for rugged applications
nVent’s segregated bus duct systems are built to deliver decades of reliable service in some of the most hostile environments. The innovative design of nVent’s segregated bus ensures effective performance with minimal maintenance.
Our segregated bus supports voltages ranging from 600 to 38kV and ampere ratings up to 10,000 amps. The design uses single-phase conductors in a common enclosure with metal barriers between phases. This versatile design allows for the mounting of copper or aluminum insulated conductors on molded polyester porcelain post insulators. The 3-phase, 4-wire system (available in both full and half neutrals) enhances and suitability for diverse needs.
Segregated bus engineered for reliable performance in industrial and power generation environments
nVent’s segregated bus ducts are suitable for a wide range of applications. In industrial facilities, they provide reliable power distribution for heavy machinery and equipment in manufacturing plants, refineries, and chemical processing facilities. These systems are ideal for power generation, ensuring efficient and reliable transmission in smaller generator lead-in power plants, hydro plants, and other power facilities. They are perfect for substations, offering safe and efficient power distribution in metal-enclosed substations connecting to switchgear and transmission distribution substations. Additionally, nVent’s segregated bus ducts support renewable energy projects like wind and solar farms, delivering robust and efficient power distribution solutions.
Durable and efficient segregated bus ducts for optimal power distribution
nVent’s segregated bus ducts are engineered to withstand the most demanding conditions, ensuring robust and reliable performance across multiple industrial and power generation environments. Whether you need a solution for indoor or outdoor installations, nVent’s segregated bus systems provide the durability and efficiency required for optimal power distribution.
