These vertical profiles and rear cover, MSSB, form the basis for plug-in sections. This accessory is available off the shelf and is tested according to IEC 61439. The cover prevents staff from coming into contact with the busbar and the plug in system allows for the compartment to be extracted without turning off the power.

Feature: Vertical profiles and rear covers for plug-in systems.

Advantage: The standard accessory, which forms the base for plug-in sections, is available off the shelf and has been tested according to IEC 61439. The cover prevents maintainers from being able to access the busbars from the front of the enclosure. The plug-in system allows the compartment to be extracted and or replaced without turning the power off in the complete assembly.

Benefit: A flexible and reliable solution that ensures design, procurement and installation can be done efficiently reducing the labour time required. As the cover allows the compartment to be extracted, unnecessary downtime is avoided as the power can remain on, while certain procedures are carried out.

Comment: In order to mount this accessory, internal side panels (MSPS) are required.
