Compartments for plug-in connection | Power Distribution, MSCP

The galvanised steel compartment, MSCP, allows for plug-in connections with the busbar and can be pulled out from the enclosure without having to turn the power off. Maintenance can then be performed without losing power to the other parts of the enclosures, which will eliminate unnecessary downtime.

Feature: Galvanised steel compartment which allows plug-in connections to vertical busbars (MSBS), that are mounted behind the cover of the vertical plug-in section.

Advantage: The compartment can be pulled away from the plug-in busbar, while it is still retained within the vertical section. Once the compartment has been pull away, the connection with the busbar is lost.

Benefit: The compartment can be fully extracted from the enclosure configuration without turning the power off, to the power distribution assembly. This means that maintenance can be performed within the compartment without losing power to the rest of the enclosure, potentially resulting in unnecessary downtime.

Comment: Plug-in rear cover plates (MSSB) and plug-in busbars (MSBS), are required in order to complete the compartment.
