nVent Leadership Development Programs (LDP) develop recent college graduates into the next generation of business leaders. You'll get hands-on experience, mentorship, and targeted development to build the skills you need to make an impact and fast-track your career.
Each LDP participant will spend two to three years in the program, with 12-months in each rotation, before moving into a more permanent role at nVent. You can choose from one of four tracks depending on your degree program area of interest.

FINANCE LDP
The Finance Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to give you valuable experiences across different areas of the finance and accounting function.
HUMAN RESOURCES LDP
The HR Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that allows you to gain experience and exposure to the many facets of the HR function.
OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN LDP
The Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program that allows you to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
DIGITAL LDP
The Digital Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program within a specific domain/track of the digital organization designed to provide exposure and build expertise.
