We expect suppliers to speak up if they learn of something that violates the law or the principles in nVent's Supplier Code of Conduct, or have any concerns involving their work with nVent.
nVent has an External Helpline that is available for both employees and external parties to report potential violations of our policies or the law. Reports can be made directly to nVent by emailing Ethics@nvent.com or through the nVent Ethics Helpline.
The nVent Ethics Helpline is administered by an independent company to allow for confidential communication online and through the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week in local language. It also provides the option to make anonymous reports as permitted by local laws.

nVent complies with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Acts and we expect our suppliers to cooperate with our Conflict Minerals reporting process as part of doing business with nVent.

How Do I Become a Diverse Supplier?
Your organization will need to obtain a certification to be considered as a diverse supplier. nVent also requires diverse suppliers to be registered with Supplier.io.
