Винты со сферо-цилиндрическими головками — распространенный тип винт без потайной головки, который используются в качестве самонарезающих, самосверлящих и крепежных винтов. Они имеют широкие головки, плоскую несущую поверхность, высокие вертикальные скошенные или изогнутые бока, а также плоскую или слегка скругленную верхнюю поверхность с утопленным гнездом.
