Our Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) is committed to promoting nVent's dedication to inclusion and diversity by highlighting the unique perspectives and skills that veterans contribute to the workplace. This group works tirelessly to represent and advocate for veterans, active-duty military personnel from all branches, and their families. The primary focus areas of the Veterans ERG are community engagement and support. We volunteer with and contribute to programs such as Toys for Tots, Flags at Fort Snelling, the 9/11 Meal Pack, DAV 5k, and the 23rd Veterans Ruck Life, among others.

We have honor walls and displays, both physical and virtual, dedicated to our military connected employees.
