Challenge:

This award-winning resort featured a complex design and two-tone zinc shingles. The goal was to reduce heavy snow load without compromising energy-efficiency or aesthetics. 

Solution:

nVent RAYCHEM RIM Roof Ice Melt panel design created efficient heat transfer, and a more reliable attachment method. Combined with a HECS High Efficiency control system, the system was able to minimize energy consumption without compromising on the beauty of the building.
